Necessary Turners v2

These are the three turning tools included as part of our current Necessary Nine v2 kit. Each one is distinct and offers unique fit and thickness in order to accommodate a wide range of locks. The set is comprised of three individual double-sided turning tools, each of which in varying thicknesses (0.050″, 0.040″, 0.030″). One side of each tool is intended for use as a bottom-of-keyway turning tool, and is a fairly standard 0.125″ width to fill the normally larger gap in the bottom of most keyways. The other side of each tool is intended for use as a top-of-keyway turning tool, and is a reduced 0.100″ width (and a reduced depth) to accommodate the shallow depth of the top of most keyways before reaching the first key pin.

These three tools easily stack within each other, allowing for more compact storage compared to the previous Tremendous Turners, at the cost of the tools often being intertwined and less individually accessible on the way out.
